So I just wanted to email to let you guys know it’s how wonderful you and your team have been to me and my daughter over the last few weeks. I’ve been in TA for over 10 years and it’s been a real struggle not only for me but more for my daughter never having or knowing if we would have to keep moving, and the team was very hard to get hold of or to deal with as they was always changing positions or there staff. So I just wanted to email to let you guys know it’s how wonderful you and your team have been to me and my daughter over the last few weeks. I’ve been in TA for over 10 years and it’s been a real struggle not only for me but more for my daughter never having or knowing if we would have to keep moving, and the team was very hard to get hold of or to deal with as they was always changing positions or there staff. In the last 2-3 weeks you and your team have called when they said they would, you have stayed in contact at all times and kept me updated with everything that I needed to know. You have been amazing. Not only with my housing but with everything along the way including the removals.
You was one step ahead all of the time and never let us down once. I would just like to say a very very big thank you to you all for making me and especially my daughter very very happy knowing that we have our forever home.

We will forever be grateful!

Lizzie was great when it came to communication. She was always there when I needed help with a query and gave great advice every time. She was also quick in her responses so I never had to wait long, and that really helped when I was feeling anxious about my moving process.

The nomination/referral form is straightforward and not too difficult or time-consuming to fill-out.Communications between ourselves and Lizzie’s comms with our applicants is second to none. As soon as we submit a nomination form, Lizzie will immediately contact the applicant to have a chat about what their expectations and preferences are in terms of areas they would like to live in etc., so that she can try to facilitate a move to the family’s preferred area, if possible.
