Who We Are

Over 10 years of combined experience in the social housing sector and supporting vulnerable households.

LizB & Che Properties was established to assist families moving from temporary accommodations, such as hotels and bed and breakfasts, into secure, long-term housing. Commissioned by local authorities, we provide dedicated support to simplify this transition for families, landlords, and councils, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process.


With deep-rooted experience in addressing homelessness, LizB & Che Properties aims to set new standards in the UK’s homelessness accommodation sector. Our approach combines expert knowledge with innovative strategies, positioning us as leaders in reshaping this field. We are committed to fostering strong collaboration, working closely with local authorities to deliver solutions that are not only effective but also tailored to the specific needs of each community.


Our unique approach involves optimising housing availability by configuring household compositions in alignment with Local Housing Allowance (LHA) requirements, ensuring accessibility for a range of family structures. This targeted strategy reflects our mission to make housing more accessible, sustainable, and inclusive.

We are working with boroughs to run on going open days to promote rehousing options for families in temporary accomodation.
