Who We Are
Over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector and supporting vulnerable households.
LizB & Che Properties was established to assist families moving from temporary accommodations, such as hotels and bed and breakfasts, into secure, long-term housing. Commissioned by local authorities, we provide dedicated support to simplify this transition for families, landlords, and councils, ensuring a smoother and more efficient process.
With deep-rooted experience in addressing homelessness, LizB & Che Properties aims to set new standards in the UK’s homelessness accommodation sector. Our approach combines expert knowledge with innovative strategies, positioning us as leaders in reshaping this field.
